Hilal and Associates, formerly known as A. R. Hilal & Associates, is one of the oldest and most prominent law firms in the UAE. The firm was officially established with the opening of its Abu Dhabi office on January 10, 1978, under the leadership of Mr. Abdullah Rashid Hilal. It has grown steadily ever since, opening its Sharjah office in 1979, followed by Dubai in 1980 and Umm Al Quwain in 1981. The firm continued its expansion with the launch of its Ras Al Khaimah office in 1991.
